Valor Hall Conference and Event Center is Oak Grove, Ft. Campbell, Hopkinsville, KY and Clarksville, TN’s first choice for events, meetings, weddings, and military balls due to its close proximity….. just outside the gates of Ft. Campbell (inside War Memorial Park). Valor Hall is unique to the area and sits in a beautiful park which compliments its warm and elegant interior. Unlike most venues, Valor Hall allows you to choose your own catering needs and services.

About Valor Hall

It was the goal of the Oak Grove Tourism Commission to build a facility that had elegance in design and practicality in pricing. Valor Hall offers over 10,000 square feet of regular meeting space along with 6,000 square feet of glass enclosed pre-function space. Located just outside the gates of Ft. Campbell on the Tennessee/Kentucky state line, the center is the perfect solution for any shows, reunions, military balls or conventions wishing to reach a diverse population. From wedding receptions to trade shows and beyond, this facility is set to be the most dynamic meeting place in the region.

The greatest feature of Valor Hall is its versatility. Not only is there the large 101st Ballroom with the ability to be split into two smaller ballrooms, there are three classrooms (breakout rooms) and Rendezvous Hall, a large space featuring floor to ceiling windows on three sides. Most rooms are equipped with a state of the art sound systems and all are highly accessible to guests with disabilities. The rental of any room also includes the use and set-up of Valor Hall’s tables, chairs and white base linens for the tables.

From a tight-knit Texan community, Ariadne brings the warmth of southern hospitality to every event she touches. Excitement courses through her veins as she embarks on a new career in event coordination. Every detail meticulously curated, every moment crafted with care – Ariadne is ready to make your events unforgettable. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ariadne adds a touch of cultural richness to her work, ensuring inclusivity and connection. At home, Ariadne and her partner share their space with two adorable cats and a lovable dog. It’s not just about coordinating events; it’s about creating a home filled with love and joy. Join Ariadne on this exciting journey as she weaves together moments that last a lifetime.

La emoción corre por sus venas mientras se embarca en una nueva carrera en la coordinación de eventos. Scarlett

Originally from Georgia, Scarlett took on the role of
event coordinator because she loves people and is eager to take on the challenge of making your event exceed your expectations. Although she has
stepped out of her comfort zone from managing retail Scarlett loves the interaction with clients and helping them fulfil their perfect event. In November 2023, Scarlett’s unwavering dedication to her clients, and excellent work ethic earned her a promotion to the Events, Marketing & PR manager position. Scarlett
considers herself to be outgoing and enthusiastic with a hint ofcompetitiveness. Outside of work Scarlett loves to spend time with her family, She is a mom of 2 boys and 2 dogs.

As a proud mom of three, she balances her professional aspirations with a love for spending quality time with her kids—whether it’s exploring new activities or simply enjoying life’s little moments together.
Known for her kind heart and unwavering dedication, Sam pours herself into every project she takes on and ensures that every event is a success. Whether it’s a family outing or a large-scale event, her passion for creating memorable experiences shines through.
