Get ready for the return of the International & Regional Award-winning Butterfly Festival on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 11am to 4pm at the War Memorial Walking Trail in Oak Grove, KY. The festival’s highlight is the breathtaking release of over 2000 butterflies at 4 pm on the Viceroy berm, a unique spectacle not to be missed.
The festival promises a variety of engaging activities, including arts & crafts, face painting, a balloon artist, a photo booth, the bubble zone, and more, making it perfect for families. Enjoy captivating stage shows suitable for all ages. Best of all, admission and parking are completely free. Food trucks will be available for delicious treats, and visitors can interact with live butterflies in the Butterfly House. The event has gained widespread popularity as a fun, educational, and pet/alcohol-free experience, making it a must-attend for creative spirits and nature enthusiasts alike.
