CLARKSVILLE, TN – Traci Cunningham, executive director of Oak Grove Tourism, is proud to bring another festival to Oak Grove on July 15 at the War Memorial Walking trail, 101 Walter Garrett Lane.
Cunningham stated, “Tourism is already a major part of our economy in Oak Grove. We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of attendees from all over the US. at our two International & Regional award-winning signature festivals, adding another one to our calendar just makes it even more exciting and another wonderful opportunity to market our great city of Oak Grove.”
Festival enthusiasts, business owners and citizens have all played a significant role in the quick growth and economic development of the community.
“I truly believe, Oak Grove is Christian County’s number one tourist destination. We were so fortunate to have Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel built in our small but mighty city. Our visitors’ impact has skyrocketed. I won’t forget to mention that we are the hometown of Fort Campbell, which gives us the unique opportunity to not only positively impact our area, but also our soldiers and their families,” Cunningham said.
Details are still in the works, but potential attendees can look forward to a day of concerts, food, and taste testing of Kentucky’s best wines, brews and spirits.
