The Southeast Festivals and Events Association honored the region’s top event professionals in Mississippi during the 2026 Kaleidoscope Awards Gala. With 187 applications submitted from across the Southeast, the competition reflected the creativity, scale, and impact of festivals and events that continue to drive tourism, strengthen local economies, and bring communities together. Among those recognized was the annual Butterfly Festival hosted by the Oak Grove Tourism & Convention Commission, which received the Silver Award for Best Children’s Event.
